1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Deposits and Payments

7. Bonuses and Promotions

bdt999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are specified in the individual promotion terms and may include account verification status, deposit method, minimum deposit amount, and geographic location.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.

• bdt999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the bdt999 platform is subject to the specific rules of each product. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or betting market before participating. The following general conditions apply across all bdt999 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bdt999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where a manifest error has occurred.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, bdt999 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including real-money funds where permitted by law. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any remaining balance — net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
